Terms and Conditions of Enrollment

  1. Enrollment Confirmation: By enrolling in any course offered by Mywebterm, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  2. Course Fee Payment: The full course fee must be paid in advance to secure your place in the course. Payment is due within the first 3 to 4 classes of the course, as specified by the instructor. Failure to make timely payment may result in the termination of your enrollment.

  3. No Refund Policy: Please note that Mywebterm operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once the course fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, withdrawal from the course, dissatisfaction with the course content, or personal reasons.

  4. Course Content: Mywebterm reserves the right to modify the course content, curriculum, schedule, or instructor assignments without prior notice. However, we will make reasonable efforts to inform enrolled students of any significant changes.

  5. Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory for all classes. Students are expected to attend each session punctually and participate actively in class activities.

  6. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any behavior deemed disruptive or disrespectful by the instructor or Mywebterm staff may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the course without a refund.

  7. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, handouts, and assignments, are the intellectual property of Mywebterm. These materials are provided for the sole use of enrolled students and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent from Mywebterm.

  8. Certification: Upon successful completion of the course requirements, including any assessments or projects, students will receive a certificate of completion from Mywebterm. However, attendance and participation alone do not guarantee certification.

  9. Liability Waiver: Mywebterm and its instructors shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by students during the course of their enrollment. By enrolling in our courses, students agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mywebterm and its staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the course.
