Upon reaching the 80% completion milestone of the project, clients are requested to make a second milestone payment. This payment serves as acknowledgment of the project's progress and enables us to continue the final stages of development seamlessly.
Prior to the delivery of the completed project, clients must settle the remaining balance in full. This final payment ensures the successful completion of the project and grants the client full access to the deliverables.
All payments made towards order confirmation and project milestones are non-refundable. We uphold a strict no-refund policy, acknowledging the commitment of resources and efforts involved in initiating and progressing with each project.
n exceptional cases where project cancellation is unavoidable, clients are encouraged to discuss the matter with our team. While refunds are not guaranteed, we are open to exploring alternative solutions or offering credit for future projects, depending on the circumstances.
